US officials just confirmed Iran will access the full $100 billion in frozen funds plus the $300 billion reconstruction fund. Deal is already being implemented. $150 billion of that reconstruction fund has already been committed. This directly contradicts Trump's repeated claims that the US wouldn't contribute to it.
