Tom Cotton just proposed making it illegal to suspend intelligence sharing with Israel. Section 622 of his Intelligence Authorization Bill would essentially lock Mossad and CIA into permanent data marriage with no escape clause. This isn't about cooperation. This is about removing any future administration's ability to leverage intelligence sharing as diplomatic pressure, which means Israel gets a permanent blank check no matter what they do.
