The judge overseeing Netanyahu's trial has died in what's being called an "accident" involving a gunshot wound to the back of the head and a fall from a balcony. This is the kind of thing that makes you pause and think about what accountability actually means in a system where the person being judged has the power to make inconvenient people disappear.
