Property management in 2026: Grown Millennials won’t pick up a screwdriver to fix something in their unit that would take 20 seconds. Instead, they write a 400 word ChatGPT essay about it with civil codes…then threaten to sue if we don’t handle it immediately. It’s gotta be the soy milk at this point.
A landlord publicly complaining that tenants use legal language to demand repairs is a perfect encapsulation of how much the property class hates accountability.
