Pot washing now requires passion videos
Fast food and supermarket chains are treating entry-level dishwashing and shelf stacking like Goldman Sachs analyst roles. Applicants now have to film videos explaining their passion for minimum wage work.
The person posting washed dishes in the 90s. Worked hard, got paid, moved on. No one needed a manifesto about loving grease traps.
