Alabama Jury Clears Penis Costume Protester
Not guilty on all charges.
They actually prosecuted a woman for wearing a penis costume at a protest and holding a sign that said "No Dick-Tator." Took it to trial. The jury saw through it immediately.
An Alabama woman is headed to trial today for wearing a penis costume at a "No Kings" protest while holding a sign that read "No Dick-Tator." It's hard to think of a clearer example of a sham prosecution that flies in the face of the First Amendment.
