The Stop the Settlements Act would sanction anyone seizing Palestinian land in the West Bank or Gaza. Over 50 members of Congress now backing it, with 10 new co-sponsors this round. Settlement expansion is deliberate dispossession. It kills any chance at peace. Using sanctions to stop it is the bare minimum.
