Iran reopens stock market after 80-day closure

Tuesday marks the first trading day since Iran's market froze when the war escalated. 80 days of economic lockdown ending signals either confidence in de-escalation or a desperation move to stabilize the currency before things get worse. Given the context, probably the latter.
