Trump confuses transistors with transgender people
Trump claimed the CHIPS Act gave money only to companies that hired transgender people to run them. He confused "transistors" (the actual semiconductor technology the funding targets) with "transgender."
We're at the stage where the sitting president's brain is generating SNL sketches involuntarily.
Trump on the CHIPS Act: "If you weren't transgender, you didn't qualify. So they'd get the money, they'd look all over for transgender people to run the company."
