Republican intern can't operate phones
A California reporter tried to reach a Republican assembly leader and kept getting hung up on by his intern who apparently had no idea how to use the phone system.
The fact that this made it into a serious news article about caucus drama and tax votes is *chef's kiss* peak incompetence.
