The Trump administration collected an estimated $13 billion in Venezuelan oil revenue. At least $10 billion is gone. No explanation. No accounting. Congress asked for independent audits. Still waiting. Whatever your position on Venezuela policy, this isn't how governments are supposed to operate. Money disappears, Congress gets nothing, and nobody gets asked where it went. This is looting dressed up as foreign policy.
