California Bar got a formal complaint against White House Press Secretary Katie Zacharia for unauthorized practice of law. Turns out she's been holding herself out as entitled to practice without the credentials. Popular Information's reporting is what kicked this off. This lands right after we found out she failed the California bar exam. So the Press Secretary isn't qualified to be a Press Secretary in any traditional sense. It's just people in over their heads running the White House.
