Half-million earners whining about poverty

Tech engineer and doctor couple pulling $500K/yr are going viral complaining they live paycheck to paycheck. Plot twist: their definition includes maxing out 401K, HSA, and IRA accounts first. So they're literally complaining about being too broke to spend money after saving six figures annually. This is what happens when you live in a Bay Area bubble where everyone else makes the same ridiculous money. Normal becomes dystopian. Broke means you can't afford the third vacation home.
