Pentagon's top guy just spent time publicly confirming we DON'T have weaponized dolphins. The fact that this needed saying tells you everything about the absolute state of competence in this administration. He actually said "I can't confirm or deny whether we have kamikaze dolphins... But I can confirm they don't." Which is peak nonsense theater.
