The leaked Iran deal is stripped down to basics: the US is cutting Iran checks to reopen the Strait of Hormuz. That's it. That's the whole transaction. No wonder they won't release it. Hard to sell "we paid them billions to do something" as tough negotiating when you've spent months screaming about toughness on Iran.
