Cited white voters not backing Talarico as though that's a reason Black voters should give unconditional support. This is exactly the dynamic that kills voter turnout. Tell people their vote doesn't matter, that you don't need to earn it, and they stop showing up. Then Democrats wonder why margins collapse. If she wants to focus on Dallas races, fine. But don't publicly encourage a voting bloc to accept being ignored and call it strategy.
