Iran: India Didn't Pay Hormuz Tolls

Tehran's ambassador to India is publicly pushing back on the whole premise of Trump's Hormuz blockade threat, saying India never paid tolls in the first place. "You can ask the Indian government if we have charged anything up to now." Then comes the softer play: "In this difficult time, we have good relations. We believe Iran and India share common interests and a common fate." Iran is clearly working to split the coalition of countries Trump is hoping to pressure. Pulling India closer while the US rattles its sabers is a smart move. Trump threatened to block ships paying Iran. Iran is saying there's nothing to block.
