Pelosi thinks unconditional loyalty to your country's foreign policy is the default position. That's not patriotism, that's tribalism. The actual question: does "my country" get a blank check to wage wars it shouldn't wage? To break international law? To kill civilians because the administration said go? Rooting for your country should mean holding it to a standard, not abandoning your standards because the flag is involved.
