SCOTUS just handed Trump a 5-4 win to build a ballroom in the White House. Chief Justice Roberts crossed over to join the liberal dissenters, which means the Court's three actual conservatives voted to block it and lost anyway. Not exactly the lockstep rubber stamp people expected from this bench.
