Alaska ballot stacks the deck for Sullivan

Election officials labeled Senator Dan Sullivan as "incumbent" on the primary ballot while printing his rival's name as Daniel J. Sullivan Jr. to avoid confusion. Except they only did this for Sullivan. Rep. Nick Begich (R-AK), also on the ballot, got no such help despite being a sitting congressman himself. This is textbook bias wrapped in administrative procedure. Ballot design matters, and when officials choose to highlight one candidate's status over another's, they're not being neutral. They're picking winners.
