Vance Invents the Nuclear Suicide Vest
JD Vance, Vice President of the United States, floated the scenario of Iranians walking into supermarkets wearing nuclear vests.
Not a dirty bomb. Not a missile. A vest. With a W88 warhead on it. A warhead that weighs over 300 pounds and requires a ballistic missile to deliver.
This is the guy a heartbeat away from the nuclear codes, casually inventing physics-defying terror scenarios to justify whatever Iran policy the circus is cooking up this week.
Vance suggests Iran could have used nuclear suicide vests: “You talk about people who walk into a crowded supermarket and have a vest on, and they blow up the vest and a couple of people get killed, and that's a terrible tragedy. What happens when what's on the vest is not something that can kill a couple of people, but can kill many, many tens of thousands of people?”
