Actual take: Tax breaks for young people, not seniors

Property tax relief should go to people under 35, not retirees sitting on 28 percent of the nation's large homes while millennials with kids own 16 percent. Any age-gated incentive should explicitly exclude seniors. That's the opposite of what we do, which tells you everything about whose interests actually run the show.
