Energy secretary refuses to have opinion on gas prices

Bash asks Chris Wright, the energy secretary, if gas prices could keep rising. His answer: "I don't want to have an opinion on that." She follows up asking if he shouldn't actually have one. He backtracks with "if I had to guess, they are more likely to go down than up." The energy secretary actively doesn't want to state a position until forced. That's the job now apparently.
