LA's mayor got tagged to fix a pothole, hit the reporter back with a "we got you" and the whole infrastructure-reporting thing, and then... nothing happened. The pothole didn't get fixed. She just generated a viral moment instead of actual maintenance. Meanwhile there are hundreds of others sitting in LA streets doing nothing but getting worse. This is what happens when governance becomes content creation.
