Cook County Commissioner Samantha Steele, currently out on bond for DUI, spent St. Patrick's Day handing out branded beer koozies at the parade while apparently drinking. The self-promotion is genuinely unhinged. The koozies had her name on them. The woman has no shame and apparently no lawyer with a functioning mouth.
