Rick Scott just posed the 2024 election as "Do we want to be destroyed by a nuclear weapon?" versus nobody liking high gas prices. That's the actual choice Republicans are offering. Not competing visions for the country, not different economic theories or governance. Just "nuclear annihilation versus gas station complaints" and acting like those are the only two variables in play. The desperation is that transparent.
