SF "Not NIMBY" Because Three Blocks Got Built Once
The argument is that San Francisco is not a NIMBY city because a few vacant blocks got developed at densities lower than Houston suburbs over a decade ago.

Someone is using a single decade-old low-density development as proof that one of America's most infamously restrictive housing markets isn't actually NIMBY.
