Federal law flatly prohibits troops at election sites, and voter intimidation there is a crime. Armed federal guards at a ballot box is textbook intimidation. 18 U.S.C. § 592 says whoever ordered this faces five years in prison and disqualification from federal office on conviction. This needs a name and accountability now.
