Jindal's dark money ops, exposed
Bobby Jindal's PAC just dropped $250,000 to Breakthrough LLC for "influencer marketing" against Abdul El-Sayed. Breakthrough's principal is Tim Teepell, Jindal's longtime chief of staff. Breakthrough's operations director is Tommy, who worked as Josh Hawley's ops director.
So a dark money group funnels a quarter million to a shell company run by a former governor's fixer, who hired a Republican operative's kid to run social media attacks on a progressive candidate. This is how right-wing infrastructure launders money through family networks and calls it politics.
The irony: Tommy apparently had questions about El-Sayed's allegiances.
This is Tommy. Tommy had a question about my allegiances. Listen to the end to hear about his.
