Nvidia's suburban data center gold rush

They're literally putting mini AI data centers in your yard. Looks like an AC unit, but inside is 16 Blackwell GPUs and Dell servers. You get paid around $1,000 a month for the power and Wi-Fi. Span builds them, Nvidia backs them, deploys faster and cheaper than real data centers. The AI boom is moving into the suburbs and the grid is getting rebuilt in real time. This is infrastructure being privatized and crowdsourced while we're not looking.
