At what point does everyone having $25M in net worth make the incentive structure completely pointless? If your average employee is already generationally wealthy, you can't dangle more money. You can't compete on salary. Equity is worthless as motivation when everyone's already made it. This is what happens when wealth concentrates so fast it breaks the normal levers of management.
