Person filed an unfair labor practices charge against Apple in August 2021 while employed there. Apple just settled with the NLRB. Part of the settlement: Apple has to post an official notice in its facilities promising it won't repeat the retaliation tactics it used against this employee. Whatever Apple said and did was severe enough that the labor board forced a public mea culpa. The notice goes up for all employees to see.
