Iran's FM isn't mincing words: "No negotiation has taken place. We have not responded to the US proposal and we have not given a counter-proposal. Trust with the US is at zero. We are waiting for their ground troops." That last line isn't posturing. That's a country that has decided diplomacy is dead and is preparing for war.
