Republicans want Sharia, but for men
Matt Walsh just argued schools should be sex-segregated and wants someone to name the benefits of coed education. This is the same party that screams about Democrats imposing Sharia Law.
He's not being subtle anymore. Sex segregation, restriction of women's autonomy, religious law enforced through institutions. That's not a policy disagreement, that's an ideology.
Obviously schools should be sex segregated. Colleges were almost entirely sex segregated until comparatively recently. What good has come from the shift to coed institutions? In what way has education improved? In what ways are men and women any happier due to this shift? These aren’t rhetorical questions. Can anyone list the benefits? Because there’s a very long list of horrifying negatives (the Cornell case being just the latest).
