California's mocking Fox News obsession with a driver's license, invents fake DMV director Steve (who apparently impressed Harvard), claims to have personally ordered limited edition plates as a Christmas gift, and signs off as "Governor of the Free World." Either Newsom has lost it or he's executing a flawless troll. Given the bar Trump set for absurd executive statements, can't even tell anymore.
