WFT is apparently a thing now: work 4 hours in the morning, hike for 4 hours while your agents handle everything, work another 4 hours when you get back. Groups of AI lab employees are actually doing this. The "agents fully tasked" while humans disappear is either a sales pitch or proof their own industry knows the work isn't that demanding.
