If I were a mayor or governor, I'd absolutely want a big data center. Many of them are designed in a very beautiful way. So his benchmark for major infrastructure is whether it looks nice. Not whether it creates actual jobs, stabilizes the grid, brings broadband to rural areas, or solves any real problem. Beautiful design. That's the policy depth.
