WSJ: Can't even quote what politicians actually say

So a politician peddles antisemitic tropes and when people report what he actually said, suddenly repeating his own words is the problem. This is the state of discourse: the solution to bad speech is pretending it never happened. Not confronting it. Not pushing back. Just erasing it from the record so nobody has to deal with the reality of what people are saying out loud.
