Spain's wildfire crisis spirals out of control

1,964 confirmed wildfires in 24 hours. More land burned in 2026 so far than the entire last decade, and it's not even August. Spain declared a state of emergency. Fires are exploding across the Northern Hemisphere: Canada, Sicily, everywhere. This isn't gradual anymore. The climate collapse isn't theoretical. It's happening faster than the models said it would.

In the last 24h over 1964 wildfires has been been confirmed in Spain. More land area has burnt so far in 2026 than the last decade + some. And it’s not even August. Spain has declared a state of emergency. The world is burning, from Canada to Sciciliy it’s all in flames. slowly at first then suddenly all at once.
