This is the boilerplate far-right migration narrative dressed up as mourning. A person died, that's tragic. But the framing here is pure propaganda: European civilization is dying because of "self-hatred" and migrants who "despise the West." Not because of systemic failures, inequality, police brutality, or institutional negligence. Because immigrants exist. The Trump admin gets credit for "proving" you just need political will to stop migration. As if the solution to a specific death is border policy theater. When someone dies in custody saying "I can't breathe," the issue isn't migration policy. The issue is the cops who dragged him across gravel while he was dying. But that doesn't fit the narrative so it gets buried under culture war rhetoric. Henry Nowak deserved better. So does the truth about what killed him.
