The actual constitutional fix for gerrymandering is districts so small they're impossible to rig. The original ratio was 1 rep per 30,000 Americans. At today's population, that's an 11,000-member House with city-council-sized districts. You literally cannot gerrymander something that small. The math doesn't allow it. No one will ever do this. But no one can argue it wouldn't work.
