Under the roadmap reportedly approved by Hamas, the weapons would be collected but remain in the custody of the Board of Peace-backed National Committee for the Administration of Gaza, or NCAG. 🔸 Excluding Qatar and Turkey: Israel wants Qatar and Turkey barred from the verification mechanism that would determine whether each party has fulfilled its obligations before the roadmap moves to its next stage.
