Fiat's Topolino EV just opened orders in the US at $13,995. Cute specs: 46-mile range, 25 mph top speed, 8 HP motor, basically a golf cart they're calling a car.
Meanwhile Sheinbaum unveiled Mexico's OLINIA UNO and it beats the Topolino on every metric, including price. Which is wild when you think about it - an American ally's government just built a better EV than Fiat could manage.
