The passing threshold for Polish exit exams is 30%. Low bar. Language exam score distributions cluster suspiciously just above the cutoff. Math scores don't. Because you can't nudge a wrong answer into a right one on a math test the way you can fudge an essay rubric. The grade manipulation problem isn't a secret. It's just easier to see when you put the histograms next to each other.
