Zurich cops confiscated an e-scooter and tested it on camera.
44 km/h. Then 61. Then 110 km/h (68 mph).
That's not a scooter. That's a motorcycle with a skateboard deck bolted on, and it's been rolling around city streets with zero regulation.
A confiscated e-scooter hitting 110 km/h on camera is the clearest possible argument that micromobility regulation is a complete fiction.
