Rich people get worse plastic surgery than poor people
A plastic surgeon's observation: the wealthy get botched more often because unethical doctors will do literally anything if the check clears. Poor people can't afford the procedure. Rich people can afford the bad one.
The gap isn't about access, it's about whose interests the scalpel serves.
