Twitchcon introduced a permission-based lanyard that IRL streamers are supposed to respect. Wearing it means: don't film me, don't feature me in your content. This is the most reasonable response to the IRL streaming problem. Instead of fighting over rights, just give people a visible way to say no. Whether streamers actually respect it is another question, but at least the infrastructure exists now.
