Trump's China trip was a full diplomatic humiliation, the domestic oil crunch went from headline to shortage timeline, and the military started visibly repositioning out of the Middle East and Europe. Israel's own admissions piled up while US media looked away.
Trump's China trip was a live humiliation. Xi snubbed him at the airport, Air Force One couldn't even reach Beijing nonstop, and he arrived with a billionaire CEO delegation that only underlined the leverage gap. He conceded America is in decline to Xi's face, Xi framed them as "partners", and China renamed Rubio to dodge sanctions. The oil crisis stopped being theoretical. California has weeks of gas left, motor oil is vanishing from big retailers, and rationing is two weeks out. Trump floated a gas tax gimmick his own tariffs necessitated, then admitted flatly he doesn't care about your finances, while Jim Jordan called dead promises "that's life".
The military is visibly repositioning. C-17s moved out of the Middle East toward Europe, yet Trump pulled an armor brigade from Poland and signaled Taiwan and Ukraine are on their own. Democrats tanked the Iran War Powers vote again, Fetterman deciding.
Israel keeps confessing, US media keeps looking away.
